Once your order is placed, we will provide you with an estimated delivery time. PLEASE NOTE, currently we only deliver to select SYDNEY areas. If you are based outside of these areas, you will not be able to make online payment via the website and we will send an estimate for freight or redirect you to a distributor. Please alternatively call/email us to enquire BEFORE placing any online order.
Our standard lead times are approximately 15-20 business days, starting from the date of payment, not the date of order. Please note these times are estimates and may change. If the lead time is expected to exceed 20 business days, we will notify you by phone. We are not liable for any losses resulting from reliance on estimated delivery dates.
